Protection

In the fractured galaxy of Marsaction: Infinite Ambition, where empires rise and alien threats loom, order and security are the foundation of survival. This Protection Policy establishes the protocols by which we safeguard every Commander’s account, data, assets, and experience. All users of the Nexus War platform are subject to the principles outlined below. 1. Commander Identity Protection Your Command Access Credentials (username, password, linked services) are your key to the Nexus — protect them at all costs. Unauthorized access, credential sharing, or multi-party account use is strictly forbidden and may result in lockdown protocols being initiated. Multiple login attempts from unrecognized terminals may trigger automatic verification systems or temporary account containment. 2. Digital Data Containment and Encryption All player data — including base structures, fleet configurations, resources, and personal identifiers — is stored within fortified databases using layered encryption and zero-trust architecture. Internal access to user information is granted only to authorized technical personnel and strictly for operational support functions. No personal data is transferred to outside systems or civilizations without explicit Commander consent, except when legally required. 3. Transaction Surveillance and Fraud Prevention All energy credit purchases and premium transactions are monitored in real-time for anomalies and fraudulent behavior. Exploiting payment systems, initiating baseless chargebacks, or manipulating digital goods may result in permanent system exile. Only transactions made through official Nexus War channels are supported and protected. 4. Anti-Cheat & Exploit Protocols External software manipulation, unauthorized automation, injection scripts, or client tampering are violations of Nexus Law. Advanced AI systems monitor game activity for exploit patterns such as infinite resource loops, battle AI spoofing, or network desync abuse. Offenders will face full account lockdown, ranking resets, and disqualification from all galactic leaderboards. 5. Behavioral Regulations and Inter-Faction Conduct All Commanders are expected to uphold respect and strategic integrity, regardless of alliance or enemy status. Verbal abuse, discriminatory remarks, political propaganda, and targeted harassment within communications systems will be intercepted and penalized. Nexus Moderators review reports manually and enforce bans, chat restrictions, or alliance expulsions based on verified evidence. 6. Intellectual Property Safeguards All game-related assets, including technologies, visual interfaces, lore, unit models, and soundtracks, are protected under interstellar copyright and proprietary law. Unauthorized duplication, resale, or redistribution of Nexus War content is considered digital piracy and will be prosecuted. Community content (e.g., fan art, guides) must clearly distinguish itself from official material and follow usage rules. 7. Trading, Markets, and In-Game Economy Control The intergalactic economy is a sensitive system. Manipulating prices, trading items between alternate accounts, or conducting black-market deals using real currency is strictly prohibited. Any market destabilization attempt — including mass inflation through exploits or fraud — will result in item revocation and account audits. Trade activity is logged and flagged automatically when violating system rules or exceeding transaction thresholds. 8. Minor Protection and Age Restrictions Marsaction: Infinite Ambition is restricted to players above a certain age threshold in accordance with global policy frameworks. Accounts registered under the age requirement are subject to closure, unless verified as compliant with applicable laws. Parental controls and communication filters are enabled by default for underage profiles. 9. Infrastructure Defense and System Integrity The Nexus War platform is secured through distributed network protection, server redundancy, and real-time anomaly response systems. Downtime caused by external threats, cyberattacks, or internal failures is addressed through emergency protocol layers and failover systems. Maintenance periods and disruptions are managed to preserve user data and continuity of experience. 10. Phishing, Deception, and Identity Impersonation Players must never share access credentials or payment data via unofficial chats, messages, or third-party sites. No Nexus War staff will request passwords, verification codes, or personal information through unsolicited communication. Impersonation of administrators or spreading false information will result in immediate sanctioning. 11. Moderation of Commander-Created Elements User-generated content — including faction names, base titles, chat messages, and alliance tags — must comply with the rules of decency, safety, and thematic consistency. Inappropriate, offensive, political, or disruptive content will be removed without prior warning. Repeat violations may result in partial account restrictions or full suspension. 12. System Modification and Reverse Engineering Prohibition The game client and server communication protocols are considered protected system software. Decompiling, injecting code, bypassing authentication, or modifying client behavior through third-party tools is a direct breach of Nexus Law. Any such activity will result in irreversible account deletion and system-level IP restrictions. 13. Commander Responsibility and Personal Security All users are responsible for the digital environment they use to access Marsaction: Infinite Ambition. Personal device security, network safety, and careful handling of sensitive data are considered essential parts of Commander conduct. The game is not responsible for damages resulting from malware, third-party manipulation, or user negligence.
